The staff were helpful, always available to assist with any requests. The breakfast was good, with a wide array of tasty options. The room was also clean and very comfortable.

Had double room with cleanliness well and amply spaced bathroom plus a nice balcony with a view on a green area. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Good pool, marvellous and unbeatable location in the outskirts of Aachen.

Spacious enough for gear storage, pleasant bar atmosphere
Hot water took a while to kick in, a bummer when you're hurrying. The bathroom fittings were old and not functioning as one would hope, leaving a bit to be desired in comfort and convenience.

Incredibly nice staff, new-fashioned and huge room with balcony. An electronic key card, a work desk and a satellite TV - very useful.

The Art Hotel offered a good breakfast with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries to savory selections. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The restful atmosphere was upgraded with the lovely garden view from my room, and the comfortable beds allowed for an excellent night's sleep.
